Pixel Institute of Photography Pvt Ltd may cancel this Agreement anytime. This includes canceling a termination if you misrepresent yourself, breach your contract with us, or engage in other misconduct. On cancellation, we'll have all rights and remedies to recoup losses as a result of your termination.
There are no shortcuts to this agreement. No delay, waiver of rights, or consent to breach will be recognized unless in writing. Every term must be executed, and every consequence must be fully understood.
If any provision in this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the applicable laws of India, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the Agreement shall be deemed to be reformed by replacing such invalid and unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that allows for as much of your rights to be respected.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed by Indian law. Any dispute that may arise under this Agreement will be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction situated in New-Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at any time, with or without notification. However, we shall publish the changes in our Agreement on the Website for you to review so that you should be aware of the changes we've made. Your continued use of and access to everything will constitute acceptance of the changes.
